Hot Dog Spaghetti

I've had some difficulty getting this blog going, and if it weren't for the fact that I'm leaving tomorrow morning for Stockholm, I probably would have let it sit idle for a days more.

I've just finished my first cooked meal that included meat as an ingredient. The meat used in this meal came in the form of mini hot dog weiners, and they were every bit as good as you would expect. In terms of cooking, I've gotten into the habit of combining whatever it is I have in the fridge. Since I usually have a pack of Wasa (currently Wasa Break), my meals usually revolve around Wasa. However, tonight I broke the trend and had hot dog spaghetti with yogurt. It was certainly filling enough, but the taste of the fried mini weiners is lingering much longer than I would like it to. I should have taken a picture, as the meal was a true work of art.

Anyway, I leave Oslo tomorrow at 7:00am, arriving by train in Stockholm at about 1:35. Both the train to Stockholm and the accomodation in Stockholm were surprisingly full, but I think what I have should work out pretty well. It will be interesting to see how the Scandinavian countries differ.

The photo below is for Ross. It works out to be about 6.50 Canadian per bottle, in a liquor store. If you were to buy six, a 'six pack', that would work out to almost fourty dollars. The domestic beer isn't much cheaper.
